—Hiromichi Kashima |
Hiromichi Kashima (加嶋 弘道, Kashima Hiromichi) is a hostile male spirit who appears in Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water.
On one night, he was called to help save someone in the mountain. While driving his car, he is spotted by Yukiho Tomine, and she immediately drops down on his windshield as he was driving near Hikami Tunnel. Unable to see and panicking, Hiromichi crashed his car onto the roadside barricade and flung out of his car. Though he survived this and was attempting to crawl to safety, a spirit possessed his car and promptly ran him over.
Battles[]
Hiromichi can be encountered optionally in Sixth Drop if the player picks up the Sacred Water beside his car. During Thirteenth Drop, he emerges from under Yuri's bed when the player tries to pick up Water, Life, and Death. During the Final Drop, he has an optional encounter if Yuri travels to his car, and he is battled beside Yukiho.
Etymology[]
- The name Hiromichi means "vast, broad, wide" (弘) (hiro) and "path" (道) (michi).
- Hiromichi's surname Kashima means "add, increase" (加) (ka) and "island" (嶋) (shima).
