The Kiryu House was one of the houses of Minakami Village. It was connected to the Tachibana House via the Heaven Bridge and Earth Bridge. This house temporarily housed twins who were undergoing purification before participating in the Crimson Sacrifice Ritual as well as the Kiryu family itself.
The house holds several dolls and their parts as the head of the former Kiryu family was a doll-maker.

- Akane Kiryu - hostile ghost, appears at various points along with the Twin Doll.
- Yoshitatsu Kiryu - hostile ghost, appears in the Hanging Doll Room and drops the Glass Eyes.
- Twin Doll - hostile ghost, appears along with Akane.
- Fallen Woman - hostile ghost, appears in the Clock Hall after a cutscene.
