Koto Okudera is a female spirit from Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water. She resides in the Shrine of Dolls where she plays tag with Shiragiku and other children.
Battle[]
Koto will only appear alongside Yurine Uno and Shizuma Amaki. The three share the basic grab attack, though one or two of the children will distract the player by running around while one will either try to push or run into the player. The only difference Koto has with the others is that she is the slowest moving of the three and cannot sprint as fast as Yurine or Shizuma.
Notably, she and the other children cannot be battled through random encounters.
