Misao Amakura (天倉操, Amakura Misao) is the husband of Shizu Amakura and the father of Mio Amakura and Mayu Amakura.
Misao is a former inhabitant of an area near All God's Village. His former surname was Asou as he's blood related to Dr. Kunihiko Asou, the inventor of the Camera Obscura. He took the Amakura surname after becoming a mukoyoushi (adopted son-in-law) of the Amakura family.

- The name Misao means "chastity, fidelity, faith" (操).
- Misao's surname Amakura means "heaven/heavenly, sky, imperial" (天) (ama) and "warehouse, storehouse, barn, treasury, granary, cellar, magazine, godown, depository, elevator, storage place, repository, supply shed, grain elevator, stockpile, arsenal" (倉) (kura).
