Mt. Hikami Cable Car is a setting in Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water.
It's a cable car built to increase tourism at the mountain. After it was completed, a big landslide occurred and thus, the place was abandoned. Now the place is just rumored to be a famous ghost hangout.
