Natsuho was a schoolmate of Fuyuhi and Haruka. Her friend Chiaki, under the influence of a Guardian, convinced Natsuho, along with Fuyuhi, Haruka, and Tsuyuno, to commit suicide with her on Mt. Hikami. All five walked into the waters of Mikomori Pond and drowned, except for Fuyuhi and Haruka who survived.
