The Osaka House was one of the houses of Minakami Village. It is also the first house Mio and Mayu Amakura enter after they are trapped in the village. It is where Mio finds the Camera Obscura, flashlight, and the Spirit Stone Radio as well.
This house also appears in Mio's dream in Fatal Frame III as part of the Manor of Sleep.
Miyako Sudo is strangled in this house by the ghost of Masumi Makimura, her boyfriend. Before her death, she waited there for him to return so they could escape the village together, but his return brought only her demise and now her spirit haunts the building with him.
