The Purity Stone Blue is an item in Fatal Frame III: The Tormented.
It is one of the four stones placed on the altar of the Tattoo Altar. Once all are placed in the right order, the Hanging Prison is raised to the level of which the room is in. This stone plays the lyrics, "Lest the doors open wide, and suffering unleashed on all" once placed on the altar.
The stone is the fourth and last in order from left to right when placed on the altar.
