The Purity Stone Red is an item in Fatal Frame III: The Tormented.
It is one of the four stones placed on the altar of the Tattoo Altar. Once all are placed in the right order, the Hanging Prison is raised to the level of which the room is in. This stone plays the lyrics, "Perform the rite of stakes, her limbs pinned tight" once placed on the altar.
The stone is the third in order from left to right when placed on the altar.
