The Tattoo Altar is one of the rooms of the Manor of Sleep. The Hanging Prison is raised up into this room via the mechanism in the altar. Once the four Purity Stones were placed in the correct order, the mechanism will activate and the cage will raise. The skins of two previous Tattooed Priestesses are enshrined in this room.

Hour 7: The Hanging Prison[]
- Altar - "In front of a small shrine-like altar, there is mounted a pedestal with four indentations. There is ancient script engraved on the pedestal: "Obtain the 4 Purity Stones - By the Handmaiden's Song subdue the waking of the priestess in the Chamber of Needles.""
- Enshrined skins - "There are several candles on the inner wall where a tattooed human skin is enshrined. I've seen copies of body tattoos in books... but this looks like real skin... The skin is worn and in shreds, but the pattern of the tattoo is clear and unfaded. It looks like the limbs have been nailed to the wall with sharp stone spikes..."
- After activating the Purity Stones - "The Handmaiden's Song resounds through the area. The mechanism begins to move, and the suspended cell is raised upwards. I should be able to enter from the upper level."
- Sealed door - "It's sealed by some strong power."
Ghosts Encountered[]
- Reika Kuze - locked inside the cage hanging above the altar.
- Amane Kuze - appears here, says, "Save the two."
- Yashuu Kuze - hostile ghost, attacks after Miku raises the cage and attempts to leave.
